The Boston Business Journal announced its annual rankings for the Best Places to Work at a ceremony on June 24, 2016 at the Boston Symphony Hall. Treeline, Inc. ranked #1 among the 80 companies honored at the ceremony.
The Best Places to Work award recognizes companies for creating outstanding work environments for their employees. Award winners and rankings were announced in five categories and were determined by Quantum Workplace which conducted an online survey asking employees to rank their workplace. Employees rated their work environment, job satisfaction, leadership and management, work-life balance, compensation, and benefits. Treeline had the highest overall ranking of the 80 companies honored.

Its open floor plan allow us to communicate and collaborate. We strongly believe that giving back to the community is not an option, but an obligation. We participate in a number of events each year. For over ten years, Treeline has participated in the Dana Farber Jimmy Fund Walk. We participate in the DCF Kids Fund each holiday season. We volunteer at a women’s shelter called Rosie’s Place. We have partnered with Friends of Lake Quannpowitt to clean up the lake on which the Treeline office resides. We also partner with colleges and universities to provide guidance and advice to students.
It is our choice to be the best company our there. We doubled in size last year and have continued to grow year-after-year. No one told us to. It’s the choice we make every day to be a one-of-a-kind organization, and we are just getting started.
