Sales Trainer 666 – MA, NH, VT – Pharmaceutical – $115k
Our client manufactures, distributes and sells a robust portfolio of prescription pharmaceuticals, treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, Alzheimers, hypertention and fibromyalgia.
As a Regional Sales Trainer you will be responsible for training reps. This position provides a high degree of autonomy. You will tailor your training approach as it meets the needs of your given region. You will go on field rides, workshops and provide solutions to grow the business based on your field observations, analysis of market share, and productivity reports.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Medical or Pharmaceutical training experience. This position is perfect for someone who wants to be a manager. Must have a degree, live in the territory, have a track record of success and a brag book.
