We consult with you on the best service option for your role(s) and lay how exactly how the search will be executed. We will sit with you to understand your company, your team, the role, your requirements and interview process.

3. Targeted Search

We launch your search. Introduce you to your dedicated Account Manager and all your qualified sales candidates. Every candidate will have a Treeline Resume that will give you their full work history but also sales specific stats that only Treeline offers.

4. Constant Communication/Consultation

We will submit qualified, interested and available candidates within 3 days of your launched search. We continue to communicate with you throughout the search to ensure you find the perfect candidate for your role.

5. Continued Partnership

The completion of a search does not end our partnership. You can utilize us for market research or recruiting advice. We want to be a true partner and ally for you as you grow your sales team.
