Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at a pivotal stage as an Account Manager with a dual focus on driving expansion revenue and maintaining deep product retention:
- Own the Growth Motion: Proactively manage and scale an assigned $1.5M–$2M book of B2B SaaS accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities to achieve a minimum 10% year-over-year portfolio growth.
- Manage the Customer Journey: Serve as the end-to-end partner for your accounts, guiding them through configuration, implementation, and virtual training sessions while tracking all lifecycle milestones within Salesforce.
- Speak the Financial Language: Act as a consultative advisor, comfortably discussing financial statements and software reporting tools directly with multi-unit business owners and stakeholders.
- Mitigate Churn & Retain Revenue: Combine strong product knowledge with proactive outreach via video, phone, and email to troubleshoot application issues, field inquiries, and protect portfolio value.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of successful Account Management experience within a B2B SaaS, software, or recurring revenue (ARR) environment.
- Proven track record of driving upsells and expansion revenue within an existing customer base while maintaining strong account retention metrics.
- Comfortable analyzing financial dashboards and talking about financial reporting (experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is a plus).
Location: This is an hybrid work environment where you will have the flexibility to work from home on Monday, Thursday and Friday while reporting to an Austin, TX office Tuesday and Wednesday.
