As part of our current market expansion, we are establishing a specialized corporate sales function to acquire and scale high-value institutional portfolios.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly seasoned Enterprise Account Director to lead revenue growth across a focused portfolio of strategic financial institution relationships. Success in this senior capacity is measured by large-scale client acquisition, retention, and wallet-share expansion within complex lending organizations, rather than transactional call volume.

• Focus on Strategic Client Acquisition, Client Retention, and Expansion within high-value lender accounts.
• Lead sophisticated, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles from initial discovery through operational onboarding with a goal of 2-3 new marquee institutional partnerships annually.
• Partner with internal Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless client configuration and long-term retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of elite enterprise sales, national business development, or corporate account management experience.
• Proven track record navigating long, highly conservative sales cycles with banks, credit unions, or mortgage originators.
• Deep domain familiarity with financial services compliance, risk management, or lending workflows.

Location: This is a remote based role where candidates can be based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates who are based in CA or MI.
