Our client is a leading managed services provider specializing in physical security solutions, remote monitoring, and real-time data analytics software. Under a highly successful new executive sales leader, the organization has overhauled its commercial strategy, growing sales across their national team. They are seeking a remote National Sales Director (IC) to manage their high-performing Technology Vertical. Employees enjoy working here due to an entirely decentralized, metrics-driven sales culture that prioritizes individual autonomy over rigid methodology, supported by private equity backing and an expansive vendor network.
Job Description:
- Inherit and Expand a Premium Vertical: Assume immediate ownership of an established, high-tech industry book of business, utilizing a consultative sales approach to upsell multi-stream tech services and hunting new flagship tech enterprise logos.
- Execute with Autonomy: Manage the entire enterprise sales lifecycle from pipeline generation via advanced tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong) to final executive negotiations.
- Collaborate in a High-Velocity Environment: Actively engage in daily video-centric collaboration with a national team of cross-functional peers, driving a target pace of $1M per month in contract value.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of B2B sales experience focused on hunting and closing complex, large-scale contracts within a Services based role such as: facilities services, IT Services, outsourced services, managed business services, or logistical solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing national sales strategies, managing large accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and video presentation skills, full proficiency with modern CRM stacks (Salesforce preferred), a willingness to conduct daily video-facing meetings.
Location: This is a remote role where candidates can be based anywhere in the Eastern or Central time zone ; 15% travel anticipated.
