They are seeking a Channel Director to focus specifically on Multifamily and Property Management Channel. Job Description:
- Architect Ecosystem Strategies: Lead the development and deployment of commercial roadmaps tailored for multifamily platforms, converting broad corporate objectives into targeted business growth models alongside dealers, distributors, and strategic property allies.
- Refine Customer Value Propositions: Shape audience-specific personas and enablement toolkits; authoring instructional guides, technical assets, and marketing collateral designed to accelerate partner onboarding and deployment efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the chief strategic nexus bridging product management, marketing, and sales operations to build structured market-entry briefs, launch campaigns, and dynamic portfolio bundles.
- 7+ years of experience across Go-To-Market strategy, product marketing, or channel management within high-impact B2B or B2B2C business landscapes
- 5+ years experience within property technology (PropTech), multi-tenant/multifamily real estate platforms, SaaS environments, or connected building networks
- Must thrive as an individual contributor with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and ability to work within a complex corporate environment; this is a hands-on delivery role, not a management position.
Location: This is a hybrid work environment (3x/week in office) based in the Greater Chicago, IL area with the ability to travel 25%. Willing to consider relocation.
