Our client is a growing tech company offering cloud-based financial reporting, business intelligence and workflow management solutions. With patented AI automation technology, they provide "ERP-like" functionality at a lower cost and complexity, empowering decision-makers with financial insights and actionable data. They are experiencing heavy growth with a small, close-knit team and are looking to expand their Mid-Market Account Executive team.
Job Description:
- Own the Pipeline: Spearhead outbound campaigns into upper mid-market targets and maximize inbound marketing leads to build a robust pipeline capable of repeatedly landing $100K+ ACV deals.
- Sell Consultatively: Guide executive prospects through a comprehensive sales cycle. You will act as a strategic advisor to CFOs and C-suite leaders, running deep-dive discovery calls and tailoring product demos to their specific financial pain points.
- Be the Face of the Brand: Hit the road 1x/month for national conferences, trade shows, and face-to-face client meetings. You’ll leverage these high-touch interactions to build trust, strengthen relationships, and unlock larger revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven SaaS Track Record: You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a history of consistently hitting your numbers and closing mid-market to enterprise-level ($50K–$100K+) ACV deals.
- Future Leader Mindset: You aren't just looking for your next AE role, you want to lead. We are looking for someone hungry to step into sales management within 1-2 years.
- Strategic Selling Toolkit: You possess sharp problem-solving abilities, strong negotiation tactics, and a deep knowledge of sales development strategies. Bonus points if you have completed formal sales training programs.
Location: This is an hybrid work environment where you will report to an Austin, TX office 2x/week and travel approximately 1x month to clients and tradeshows.

Total Comp: $170,000 - $220,000
