Job Description: This is a career-defining opportunity to join a founder-led sales organization as they look to capture the market and expand ARR
- Network Activation & Relationship Building: Leverage existing relationships with General Counsels and IP Counsels at enterprise tech companies to secure introductions and schedule in-person meetings with decision-makers at companies with $500M+
- Outbound Business Development: Conduct targeted outreach to Fortune 2000 technology companies (software, fintech, medtech, AI, etc.) with 100+ patent portfolios to open doors and generate qualified meetings for the closing team
- Account Expansion Support: Identify opportunities within target accounts, facilitate introductions to General Counsels and IP Counsels, and help expand relationships that can grow from $100K initial contracts to $1M+ lifetime value
- 10-20+ years of experience in a Big Law or IP Boutique setting or Legal Tech Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Established network and relationships with General Counsels and IP Counsels at Fortune 2000 enterprise technology companies
- Proven track record in business development with the ability to open doors and secure high-level meetings with legal decision-makers at companies with $500M+ in funding/revenue and global patent portfolios
Location: Remote based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in CA.
