They are expanding their sales team and looking for a Director of Sales!
Job Description: As a Director of Sales you will be responsible for:
- Lead and elevate the sales organization by driving revenue performance across all channels while maintaining high-touch client standards.
- Oversee demand creation and pipeline discipline, ensuring rapid lead response times and rigorous conversion tracking within HubSpot.
- Personally engage in high-value client opportunities ($25K - $850K+) and manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth travelers and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in ultra-luxury and high-touch sales environments, with a focus on a concierge-like experience
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams through metrics-driven accountability and coaching.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to work cross functionally with sales, marketing and partners
Location: This is a remote opportunity where ideal candidates will be based in Denver, CO or willing to travel there regularly. Travel 25-50% and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by clients
