Our client is a rapidly growing BPO services provider specializing in back-office support for insurance agencies. Job Description:

• This role is a full sales cycle Account Executive position that manages prospecting, discovery and deal closure with a goal of closing 2 deals a month.
• The Account Executive manages a funnel of inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach, networking, and partner-driven opportunities.
• Manage and report on sales pipeline accurately to ensure quarterly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience with Property & Casualty Insurance (Commercial or Personal) 
• Previous experience in sales, business development and account management 
• Must be self-motivated, with previous experience working in a fast-paced, CRM managed sales environment 
   

Location: This is a remote opportunity, where candidates must live in the US or Canada. Ideal candidates will be based in Boston, New York, Chicago or Florida. Expected travel 10-20% for client and marketing events.

Total Comp: $150,000 (year 1), $200,000+ (year 2)
