Job Description:
- The Business Development Manager / Account Manager is focused on expansion and retention across key accounts.
- The BDM acts as the primary liaison between partners, Sales, and Operations and works with newly onboarded accounts to identify opportunities to expand seats and usage
- Manage and report on sales pipeline accurately to ensure quarterly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience with Property & Casualty Insurance (Commercial or Personal)
- Previous experience in sales, business development and account management
- Must be self-motivated, with previous experience working in a fast-paced, CRM managed sales environment
