Company Profile:

Our client is a fast-growing, global supplier of niche electrical mechanical solutions focused within the aerospace and defense markets. They have experienced double-digit growth each of the last 5 years and they operate in a dynamic startup culture, while being backed by a large, financially secure parent company. Our client is growing their new business team in North America and looking for a recent graduate with an Electrical Engineering degree to join their process engineering / sales engineering team in Dayton! 

Job Description:

• Design Review and Quoting: Review customer-submitted prints and government-issued designs to assess manufacturability and then calculate a total quote package to support the sales team's efforts. 
• Technical Liaison: Serve as the technical liaison on calls to answer design questions the salesperson cannot, primarily handling daily work related to General Electric (GE) and other key accounts.
• Manufacturing Documentation: Manage core manufacturing processes, including creating master logs, writing work order instructions, and performing document control.

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar and/or previous experience as a Sales Engineer / Process Engineer 
• Interest in interconnects, micro connectors, semiconductor or similar electrical designs.
• Experience working with and utilizing CAD software (Computer-Aided Design)
• Willingness and desire to work with a senior team to lean the business from the ground up and grow your career.  

Location: This is a hybrid work environment where candidates will report to an office in the Greater Dayton, OH area 3x/week and work remotely 2x/week
