Company Profile: 
Our client is an innovative, founder-led Enterprise SaaS company that unifies advanced Voice AI, Agentic AI, and the Customer Journey to automate complex enterprise workflows. The company is backed by a significant global powerhouse, providing unparalleled co-sell access to a vast network of large-scale enterprise accounts. They are seeking their first Enterprise Account Executives with an entrepreneurial approach to immediately close deals and win new partners. 

Job Description: This is a career-defining opportunity to join a small, elite sales team and directly influence how global brands transform their customer experience and operations.

  • This Founding Account Executive own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation and discovery to negotiation and close, with a focus on enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
  • The Founding Account Executive will build account plans to drive both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities, focusing on strategic, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • The Enterprise AE will contribute to building the sales process and best practices while maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasting. 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience with previous experience at an early stage company with limited built-in systems and processes 
  • Ideal candidates will have a background in AI/ML or Automation, Voice AI, or similar customer engagement technologies
  • Formal sales training such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management, etc. 


Location: Remote based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in ET or CT for ease of working with global teams.

Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Total Comp: $240,000 - $300,000 + Equity
