Our client is an innovative, founder-led Enterprise SaaS company that unifies advanced Voice AI, Agentic AI, and the Customer Journey to automate complex enterprise workflows. The company is backed by a significant global powerhouse, providing unparalleled co-sell access to a vast network of large-scale enterprise accounts. They are seeking their first Head of Sales with an entrepreneurial, "player-first" approach to immediately close deals, establish the global sales strategy, and capture an aggressive equity payout tied to scaling the business.
Job Description:
- This Global Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales and marketing strategies, including building the initial Go-to-Market structure and road mapping the formal revenue strategy.
- This leader is expected to be a "player-coach," personally driving revenue growth by closing an individual sales quota while identifying new market opportunities and optimizing sales processes.
- A key factor of success will be leading the recruitment and development of a high-performing team, transforming the sales culture and scaling the organization in the first year.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling earlier-stage B2B SaaS companies (e.g., Pre-Revenue - $25M in revenue).
- Must have a passion and deep familiarity with AI/ML automation, Voice AI, or similar customer engagement technologies
- Candidates must be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment going from 0-1 with limited built-in systems; must be comfortable selling directly while building the sales team and strategy
Location: Remote based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in ET or CT for ease of working with global teams.
