Our client is a global IT consulting and managed services provider that is a Microsoft Gold Partner. They are PE backed and and on pace to achieve significant YoY revenue growth. They specialize in end-to-end solutions, including custom application development and ERP/CRM implementations. The Business Development Executive role is a high-impact, senior sales position designed for those who thrive in a net new business sales environment.
Job Description: As a Business Development Executive, you will own the full sales lifecycle for IT Services (Managed Services and Project-based work) for mid-market and SMB customers throughout North America.
- Driving new business growth by focusing 100% on new logo acquisition, with expectations to spend at least 70% of time on true hunting and prospecting to achieve a $3m annual quota. Once an account is closed, it moves to the Client Management team and the BDM continues to focus on net new business.
- The role involves selling services across Custom Application Development, Business Applications (ERP, CRM), and Data Insights & Analytics.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor to tailor solutions (including full-stack development, DevOps, and UI/UX design) to meet business needs and drive digital transformation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of success selling strategic IT Services, Project Services, or Managed Services (Cloud, Data/AI, and Application Solutions).
- Ideal candidates will have direct experience selling Custom Application Development Services into SMB and Mid Market Companies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a territory, identify opportunities, and adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape.
Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates must be based within the US and ben able to travel to meet with clients 25-50%.
