Our client is a $10 million ARR scale-up that is rapidly expanding its US presence and building its first dedicated enterprise sales team in Boston, MA. They provide Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions through an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform for automated global background research and due diligence to the world's top corporates and enterprises. They boast a client list of familiar names like Amazon, AB, Manulife, and McDonald's to name a few. They have executive leadership relocating to the US and are now ready to build their go-to-market enterprise team focused on new business.
Job Description:
- This Senior Account Director will be responsible for full sales-cycle focused on net new business with an average deal size of $400k-$600k.
- The Sr. Account Director will be focused on selling a B2B SaaS platform offering and targeting VPs and Department Heads within Legal, Compliance and Risk.
- The Senior Account Director must be comfortable working in a start-up environment for an Internationally based company.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of enterprise level sales experience within the Risk & Compliance, GRC or ESG Industries
- Confidence and ability to facilitate executive level conversations with subject-matter experts at Enterprise Organizations throughout the US
- Ability to navigate and close business with multiple stake holders - This is a true Enterprise Solution Sales Process with multi-stake holder buy.
Location: This is a hybrid opportunity, based in Boston, MA. Candidates will be expected to work out of a We Work office 3x/week and travel to customer as needed.
