Our client is a highly innovative, pre-revenue B2B SaaS company that has developed a specialized virtual collaboration platform for professional workflows, including media/entertainment, architecture, and healthcare. Their platform provides a significant competitive advantage over standard video conferencing and hardware-heavy legacy solutions. The company is a financially stable, founder-led venture with a significant runway, aggressive goals to scale its sales organization, and are looking for their first sales leader to build the GTM strategy alongside the co-founders.
Job Description:
- This Sr. Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales and marketing strategies, including building the initial Go-to-Market structure and road mapping the formal revenue strategy.
- This leader is expected to be a "player-coach," personally driving revenue growth by closing an individual sales quota while identifying new market opportunities and optimizing sales processes.
- A key factor of success will be leading the recruitment and development of a high-performing team, transforming the sales culture and scaling the organization to approximately 5-10 representatives in the first year.
- Experience Profile: 10-15 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling earlier-stage B2B SaaS companies (e.g., Pre-Revenue - $10M in revenue).
- Industry Expertise: Ideal candidates will bring industry expertise in one of the following sectors: Media & Entertainment, Architecture & Construction, Advertising/Creative Agencies, or Healthcare.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Candidates should be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with limited built-in systems, demonstrating a strong drive and a willingness to be "boots on the ground" while building the sales strategy
Location: Hybrid based in the Greater Los Angeles / Orange County CA Area with flexibility to travel as needed.
