Job Description:
- The Inside Sales Representative will own the the sales process from initial meeting through close, through a mix of self-sourced and inbound marketing leads.
- The Inside Sales Representative must be comfortable engaging with business owners, specifically in the trades / home-services industries.
- The Inside Sales Representative will maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company CRM (Salesforce) and achieve Monthly KPIs and sales goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of new business sales experience, ideally within the business services or events space.
- Ability to consult and close business over the phone through a 1-call to 1-month sale cycle.
- Hunter mentality, proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress - not afraid to pick up the phone and set meetings to achieve goals.
