Job Description:
- The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary strategic advisor and "voice of the customer" for a portfolio of approximately 5-10 key enterprise accounts in the transportation/logistics sector, building C-level relationships and aligning our HR solutions with their specific business objectives and industry challenges.
- The Customer Success Manager must be focused on product adoption, retention, and expansion of services by developing and executing joint success plans, conducting data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and proactively identifying upsell opportunities and mitigating churn risks.
- The Customer Success Manager will orchestrate a seamless customer journey by coordinating internal, cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support, Engineering) to ensure timely onboarding, effective issue resolution, and the delivery of product enhancements that meet the complex needs of large-scale clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager role, focused on key or enterprise accounts with a proven track record of managing a small, complex portfolio of large enterprise clients (e.g., Fortune 500 companies like Amazon), focusing on retention, growth, and building executive-level relationships.
- The ability to use customer usage data and metrics to develop proactive, tailored account strategies, articulate clear ROI, identify potential churn risks, and drive product adoption to achieve specific business outcomes for clients.
- Consultative approach, ideally with experience in speaking with business stake holders within HR Services, Staffing, Logistics, or Transportation Services.
Location: This is a hybrid position where candidates will report to a Greater Boston area office 3-4x/week with the ability to meet with customers and partners (30%) as required.
