The Global Head of Sales role is an opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team and play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy and driving growth in both domestic and international markets.
Job Description: This Head of Sales role involves actively building and nurturing relationships with distributors and large venue operators, developing the European market, and scaling sales within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Design and execute Go-to-Market 2.0 Strategy across various channels to gain market share throughout the US while also establishing a foundational footprint in European and U.K. markets.
- Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization with experience in CPG, F&B, hospitality, and complex distribution, while securing and growing relationships with global demand drivers and partners (e.g., Starbucks, Live Nation, Sodexo).
- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline, including lead generation, deal closure, and account management team building, tracking critical KPIs, providing accurate revenue forecasting, and delivering transparent reporting to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
- 8-10+ years of direct sales leadership experience within CPG, packaging, drinkware, hospitality supply, or F&B distribution.
- Knowledge of complex distribution networks (e.g., Sodexo, Sysco, Aramark, etc.) and large venue operators (e.g., Legends, Live Nation, Delaware North, etc.)
- Candidates should be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with limited built-in systems, demonstrating a strong drive and a willingness to be "boots on the ground" while building the sales strategy
Location: Remote based in the US with flexibility to work with the team in California as well as Europe as needed. Travel 15-20% to tradeshows and events.
