Job Description:

This role is for an emerging leader who is a forward-thinking, technology-driven Data Architect or Solutions Engineer to focus specifically within the Databricks practice

• You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, helping customers navigate complex data challenges and drive impactful outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop scalable cloud data architectures, tailored product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) and present tailored Databricks solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and whiteboarding exercises with enterprise clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, developing strong relationships with customers and providing continuous guidance on optimizing their data infrastructure and AI capabilities.

• 2-5+ years of data architect, data engineering, cloud architect or solutions engineering experience in cloud data architecture, data engineering, date lake, or similar environment 
• 1-2+ years of experience working specifically within Databricks or Snowflake with in-depth knowledge of data engineering concepts.
• Modern Data Stack Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including Spark, MLflow, and orchestration tools.
