Job Description: The Senior Application Engineer develops wastewater system proposals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and cost-effective. This role also involves supporting preliminary process designs, managing cost databases, and performing financial analysis for projects.

The day to day will consist of:  

• Develop wastewater system proposals and preliminary process designs.
• Determine and analyze project costs (CAPEX and OPEX) and perform financial modeling.
• Manage deal activities, product cost databases, and analyze site data for system performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Educational Background & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with 10-15 years of experience in application or process engineering, particularly in water/wastewater industries.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of aerobic and anaerobic treatment systems (including membrane-based technologies), strong financial modeling experience, familiarity with fabrication methods, and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Professional Skills: Demonstrated success in multitasking, meeting deadlines, adapting to evolving priorities, thriving in a small-company setting, and possessing exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
