Our client is a technology solutions provider looking for a Director of Regional Sales to lead a field-based team selling IT managed services, focusing on AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience and 10 years in the commercial technology sector, with a proven track record of selling into diverse commercial accounts. This is a new, rapidly evolving role within a company experiencing significant growth and expansion into new sectors.

Job Description:

• The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for managing a small team of sales executives focused on bringing in new clients to achieve monthly sales quotas  
• The Regional Director of Sales needs to be able to lead by example, coach throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact through delivery and accurately forecast. 
• The Regional Director of Sales must be comfortable working on sales strategy, hiring and mentoring new team members, and expanding relationships within key accounts. 

• 10 years of sales experience, ideally within IT services, managed services, professional services or AI Services 
• 5+ years of field sales management experience
• Previous experience selling within SLED and Commercial Accounts required 

Location: This is a remote, field-based sales position. Candidates must live in the state of Florida, with a preference for candidates based in Miami, Tampa or Jacksonville areas, while also supporting their field sales team on sales calls and client meetings with 50% or more regional travel anticipated
