The open Real Estate Acquisitions / Inside Sales Representative role is a high-impact, in-office sales role in St. Augustine, FL, focused on inbound leads.

Day-to-day requirements:

• Be the first follow-up point for our inbound seller leads (no cold calling).
• Actively listen, ask smart questions, and gauge seller motivation.
• Must be willing and responsive to inbound leads during business hours as well as after-hours as needed.

Experience:

• Looking for recent college graduates and willing to train candidates with no prior sales experience.
• Background as an athlete (collegiate or high-level competitive sports) or proven track record of thriving in disciplined, high-performance environments is highly valued.
• Must be driven to meet and exceed performance goals with a proven track record of competing and winning.

Location: This is an in-office position in St. Augustine, FL, where candidates will report to the office from 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour lunch, and also be expected to respond to inbound leads after-hours until 8pm (when necessary). 

Compensation:
Base Salary: $30,000 + full benefits 
Total Compensation: $70,000 - $140,000
