Due to their success and growth, they are expanding their remote salesforce and looking for talented individuals to join their team!
Job Description:
- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy: Design and manage a comprehensive strategy aligned with company revenue goals for various markets and segments, including defining target audiences, channels, campaign themes, and KPIs.
- Omnichannel Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and pipeline, continuously refining lead nurturing and conversion rates.
- Budget Management, Technology, and Team Leadership: Effectively manage the demand generation budget, identify and implement MarTech solutions, and build and mentor a high-performing demand generation team while collaborating cross-functionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation Leadership: 10+ years in demand generation, with 2-3 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven Track Record of Exceeding Targets and Channel Expertise: Consistently exceeding lead and pipeline generation targets, with deep expertise in various demand generation channels such as paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and webinars.
- Analytical and Tech-Proficient Leader: Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making, proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot), and the ability to identify and implement MarTech solutions.
Location: This is a remote, work from home opportunity where candidates must be located and authorized to work in the United States. Willing to travel up to 25% to tradeshows, conferences and events throughout the US as needed.
