Job Description:
The Sales Training and Enablement Manager role involves training, supporting, and enabling sales professionals to drive new client acquisition and expand existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs, developing enablement content, and fostering strong relationships within the sales organization.
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training, onboarding, and certification programs for sales professionals, focusing on product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive positioning.
- Create Enablement Content: Develop and manage sales playbooks, battle cards, and other enablement content to support the sales team.
- Measure and Improve Impact: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize feedback and data to continuously improve enablement initiatives and drive sales readiness and consistency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales training, sales enablement or similar experience in a subscription / SaaS model sales environment.
- Previous experience working alongside Marketing and other Key Stakeholders to facilitate training programs, content and certification programs.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Location: This is a Hybrid work environment where candidates will report to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week.
