Job Description:
- As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading a sales team. This involves shaping strategy, hiring talent, creating scalable processes, and driving revenue growth.
- It is a hands-on leadership role that requires you to lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, foster a high-performance culture, and build repeatable processes for predictable revenue generation.
- You will also develop strategies to close larger enterprise-level deals, partner with marketing and product leadership, set sales KPIs, implement forecasting, and report performance to the executive team.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ Years of management experience within a high-growth SaaS based organization, ideally Series A, B or C, with a focus on growing net new ARR
- Ability to coach and train a team of outbound sales hunters how to close large, complex deals (mid-market to enterprise).
- Ideal candidates will have direct experience with workflow software, fintech or other back-office focused SaaS platforms
