Job Description
- The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining a high mention rate, as well as upselling and expanding the account through cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation and follow-up, and daily customer sales activities
- The Account Manager will assist customers in understanding platform and suites, configuration, environment, and how they fit within their current infrastructure and engineering processes
- The Account Manager will drive awareness within the account base through ensuring clients attend live and online seminars when appropriate.
- 1+ years of BDR, Renewals, Customer Success or Inside Sales experience, preferably in software with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, coachable and performs well inside team environment
- Experience in driving a sales process from prospect to close and/or owning the account relationship
