Job Description:
- Proactively develop and execute a strategic plan to target federal departments and large prime contractors.
- Source, pursue, and close new business opportunities independently, navigating long and complex federal procurement cycles.
- Build and nurture relationships with federal stakeholders, influencers, and procurement officers, serving as a subject matter expert on the federal buyer journey.
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or complex software solutions and/or services with a specific focus on federal agencies or large prime contractors.
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes, compliance needs (FedRAMP, ATOs), and contracting strategies.
- Well-developed network within the federal and prime-contractor ecosystem, coupled with exceptional prospecting, territory planning, and relationship-building skills.
Location: This is a remote sales position where candidates must be located in the Greater Washington, DC area as expectations are to be on-site with clients and partners on a regular basis
