As the first internal recruiter and Director/Head of Talent, you'll be part of a rapidly growing organization and helping to hire the GTM team focused on driving revenue across the organization.
Job Description:
- Own Full Cycle Recruiting - You will be the first internal recruiter working directly with the Founder and Senior Leadership team to drive the recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance across all GTM roles, including some technical roles
- Conduct Initial Screens and Drive the Process: You will master the art of a 15-minute but thorough phone screen to quickly and efficiently identify top talent while still providing a great candidate experience
- Partner with External Recruiting Agencies: Work with existing partners as well as bring on new relationships to support hiring across key functions, ensuring they are vetted and fully understand the requirements and can bring quality candidates to the pipeline
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or tech companies, and a focus on GTM roles
- Experience managing external recruiting agencies, contingency partners and ATS workflows (Ashby, Greenhouse, Workable or similar experience preferred)
- Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently in a start-up culture and environment
Location: This is a remote role, where candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
