The Regional Sales Director will mentor and coach an outside sales team while reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Job Description
- The Regional Sales Director will be focused on coaching and mentoring a team of outside B2B sellers based throughout the South Boston & Metro West Markets
- The Regional Sales Director must be KPI oriented and have the ability to drive transactional MRR sales through prospecting, events, referrals and account expansion.
- The Regional Sales Director should be a lead-by-example coach who is not afraid to pick up the phone, drop in for a meeting, and support their team through whatever it takes to get the job done.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ Years of experience managing a field based sales team
- Previous experience selling B2B services is required
- Must have a drive to succeed and a passion for sales management
Location: This is a hybrid-based work environment. Candidates will report to a Framingham, MA area office on Mondays and Fridays and spend the remainder of the week in the field supporting their team on client visits and cold-calls.

Base Salary: $100,000
Total Comp: $160,000 - $175,000, uncapped
