Our client is a fast-growing, customer-driven facilities maintenance company that provides a range of services including repairs, preventative maintenance, project management, and professional signage across the United States. Their services cater to various sectors such as retail, healthcare, commercial facilities, residential communities, and new construction, aiming to make facility management efficient and effective. They're seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to oversee key national account to maintain and expand strategic partnerships in the facilities management sector.
Job Description:
- Client Relationship Ownership: Serve as the single point of contact for strategic clients, managing the entire relationship lifecycle, addressing complaints and accolades, and building deep, trusted relationships.
- Operational Oversight & Performance Management: Oversee the execution of hard and soft services across multiple client sites, ensure compliance with contract terms, track and report on KPIs, and present performance metrics to clients.
- Strategic Growth and Innovation: Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within client portfolios through upsell/cross-sell, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and represent the company as a strategic partner adding tangible value.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales, account management or customer success experience in facilities management services space.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a client-facing role, capable of owning the entire client relationship, acting as a strategic liaison, and proactively solving problems for key accounts.
- Proven track record of developing and executing national sales strategies, managing large accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Location: This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone with the ability to travel to the Greater Charlotte, NC Area 1 week/month as well as meet with clients as needed. Approximately 25-40% travel.
