Job Description: 

The Program Manager / Project Manager will play a critical role in pre-sales engagements across a US Market.  You will support a team of Account Executives to strategize, plan and design solutions to best fit and tailor to clients.  

• Serve as the operational partner in discovery calls, proposal design and client engagement.
• Work with new and existing customers to optimize services designs leverage tools and frameworks
• Build client facing proposals to meet clients needs that articulate the value proposition and capabilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Program Manager, Project Manager, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering or Implementation role, ideally in an enterprise level.
• Strong ability to understand complex business operations and HR challenges (particularly related to workforce management)
• Consultative approach, ideally with experience in speaking with business stake holders within HR Services, Staffing, Logistics, or Transportation Services.

Location: This is a hybrid  position where candidates must be located in the Boston or Greater Boston area with the ability to meet with customers and partners (30%)

Total Comp: $160,000 - $180,000
