Job Description:

• Lead the Charge: Command and inspire a top-tier inside sales team, consistently smashing sales forecasts and setting new benchmarks for success.
• Architect Growth: Forge and implement a groundbreaking strategic sales plan that will propel us to unprecedented growth targets.
• Player-Coach Powerhouse: Dominate direct sales, leading by example and actively contributing to team victories, driving results from the front lines.
   

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience, including managing an internal team focused on outbound efforts.
• Experience selling into the independent advisory space or understanding the financial services lingo (e.g., wholesalers, investment management distribution).
• Ability to analyze and forecast sales and the ability to mentor and develop a sales team.
   

Location:  This is a remote role where candidates must be based in the US. Candidates local to the Greater Kansas City area will have the flexibiilty to work in a hybrid model alongside the team.
