Location: This is a remote role, where candidates can be located anywhere in the US. Ideal candidates will be based in a major metro: New York, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin, San Francisco or Los Angles.

Job Description:
The Director of Agency Partnerships is a strategic leader with deep agency relationships and a proven track record in digital media sales who will:
- Own the roadmap for agency growth, defining how our platform becomes a strategic partner to media agencies nationwide.
- Build, manage, and grow high-value partnerships with top agencies and decision-makers, operating as a senior commercial lead.
- Contribute to leadership by informing hiring plans and evolving the agency function, potentially in a player-coach capacity leading regional teams.
- 7-10 years of experience in digital media sales or agency partnerships, with a significant portion of your book coming from agencies.
- Proven ability to hunt and find new business opportunities, focusing on B2B tech clients and understanding where B2B companies spend their money.
- Strong sales acumen and principles, with experience exceeding revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles, particularly in early-stage, fast-paced environments.
