Job Description:
The Account Manager will be the face of the organization to their clients, leading engagement and building ongoing relationships to strengthen the partnerships and increase revenue share by:
- Leading post-sale client engagement, building trust and acting as a client advocate within the organization.
- Collaborating in a pod structure with Account Executives to manage joint quotas and drive account growth for high-priority clients.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for new placements, packages, and continuous brand presence to ensure sustained client performance.
- 2-5 years of Account Management or Sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the media/advertising industry (digital out of home, traditional publishers, programmatic, or banner ad experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to strategically manage a book of business (approx. 30-80 accounts), focusing on client retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Media fluency and a passion for storytelling and brand partnerships - the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of campaign performance analysis, including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and copy optimization.
