Company Profile: 
Our client is one of the largest provider of general anesthesia for ambulatory surgery centers, focusing specifically on underserved patient populations. They are a mission-based, private equity-backed organization in an aggressive growth phase, reshaping the landscape of pediatric dentistry. Due to their growth, the are looking for a Regional Director of Sales to oversee their field-base sales team covering the state of Florida. 

Job Description:

• The Regional Director of Sales will spend their days leading and developing a team of Territory Sales Managers to achieve monthly referral and EBITDA targets
• The Regional Director of Sales will manage a team of 8-10 sales reps within the state of Florida and will work closely with their team to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to ensure sales goals are met.
• The Regional Director of Sales must be comfortable coaching and managing in a metric driven sales environment, collaborating to source new partner providers and ensure sales targets and budgets are met.

• 5+ years of sales experience and ideally 1-2 years of team lead or management experience 
• Previous experience selling within hospitals, rehabs and skilled nursing facilities, or calling on and selling to social works, discharge planners, nurses and case managers. 
• Ability to work remotely and independently while coaching and collaborating with the team and traveling as needed 

Location: This is a remote, field based sales opportunity where candidates will be covering the state of Florida and expected to travel as needed.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 
Total Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000
