Job Description:
- The Account Executive will be focused on a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth, including prospecting and qualifying inbound leads.
- The Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, specifically Chief People Officers, heads of recruiting, and culture, will be crucial, involving understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- The role is a hunter position, focusing on closing deals, but with an emphasis on maintaining a positive and consultative approach to find the best solution for the client.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of sales experience selling to HR, People & Culture, Talent or similar decision makers within the Mid-Market to Enterprise Space
- Strong understanding of business needs, HR challenges, and experience with a consultative sales process.
- Ability to run the full sale cycle from prospecting through close, focusing on deals in the $10K–$50K+ range.
Location: This is a remote sales position where candidates must be based in the United States.
