They are seeking motivated Outside Sales Rep to join their dynamic sales team.
Job Description:
- The Outside Sales Representative will independently identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities through both inside and outside sales.
- The Outside Sales Representative will prospect and contact potential customers (Phone, email, and in person visits); Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation or logistics space.
- Strong logistics operations knowledge and experience is preferred, e.g. FTL/LTL sales, and/or 3rd Party Logistics (3PL).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and business software.
