Company Profile:
Our client is an established organization and consulting partner focused specifically on working with community banks and credit unions. They provide a combination of software, training and consulting services mainly surrounding regulatory issues to help support compliance and long term growth. They are looking to grow their team of remote based Regional Sales Managers and looking for a talented sales executive to cover the state of Texas.

Job Description:

• The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with executing on prospecting and sales targets throughout the state of Texas.
• The Regional Sales Manager will run a full sales cycle, which includes prospecting and networking to set meetings, running discovery and client presentation with prospective clients and closing business.
• The Regional Sales Manager must be comfortable negotiating on contracts and leveraging internal resources and consultants when needed - this is a consultative sales process where the expectation is to close 4-5 new deals a year. 

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of quota carrying sales experience, with experience presenting in person 
• Experience selling services or products to local and regional banks and credit unions required 
• Ability to travel 50-75% throughout the state of Texas as needed to meet with customers 

  
Location: This is a remote, field-based sales position where candidates should be based in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas or Fort Worth as they will be spending at least 3 days a week in the field with customers throughout the state of Texas.
