They have recently undergone a re-org, bringing on a new CEO and CRO and are looking for a SVP of Sales Operations and Enablement to join their organization.
Job Description:
- The SVP will be focused on three key objective areas: #1 Sales Reporting, Data and Analytics, #2 Sales Operations and #3 Sales Enablement
- The SVP must be able to analyze data for forecasting and reporting, as well as prepare data-driven recommendations to key executives and stakeholders
- The SVP will report to and work closely with the CRO to professionalize internal processes by formalizing the sales process, creating onboarding documentation and sales playbooks.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands on operations or change management experience focused on professionalizing internal processes and structures to scale a business for growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Ideal candidates will have enablement experience working with a team to adopt sales methodology training.
- Previous experience working within the Higher Education or Non-Profit space is a plus
