They're looking for a strong, clinically savvy Business Development Director to join their growing remote sales team.

Job Description:
Do you have a passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of success in sales?  We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Director to play a key role in securing contracts with emerging pharmaceutical companies.
In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive significant growth in the API space.
• Oversee customer accounts, opportunities, and contacts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Consult with emerging biotech and pharmaceutical companies, positioning the right products and services to win projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ Years of experience selling within the chemical or lab space; distribution experience preferred.
• Basic or above understanding of synthetic chemistry, analytical chemistry, and the pharmaceutical approval process
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or relevant subject area   

Location: This is a remote, work from home opportunity where candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central time zones, with a strong preference for MA, NJ or NC based candidates. Travel up to 50% to meet with clients as required.
