Company Profile:
Our client has been in business for over 30 years and are one of the premier frozen dessert companies in the Northeast.  They are known for their premium, all natural, small batch products that are made locally in New Jersey and distributed throughout NY and NJ.  The company was acquired last year and the new owner is looking to scale sales efforts from Bergen County to Ocean County.

Job Description:

• The Outside Territory Sales Manager will be focused on net new business opportunities, targeting high-end restaurants, country clubs and other hospitality organizations to sell frozen desserts, ice cream, gelato and novelties.   
• The Outside Territory Sales Manager will identify and target potential customers through referrals, networking and cold-calling/knocking, as well as following up with inbound leads. 
• The Outside Territory Sales Manager must be a sales-minded and focused on driving revenue through lead generation, relationship building, and effective presentations.

Requirements:

• Previous outside / field sales experience, covering a territory and selling new business agreements within the hospitality space. 
• Ability to present to potential customers at high-end restaurants and customize your sales approach to win their confidence and their business.
• Upbeat, positive and outgoing personality with the ability to work independently 

Location: This is a field sales position where you must be comfortable with windshield time and expected to travel between Hackensack, NJ and Tom's River, NJ to meet with customers on a daily basis.
