Location: This is a hybrid field sales opportunity where candidates must be based in the Baton Rouge, LA area as they will be in the field daily meeting with clients and attending events.

They are well known in the Baton Rouge Market and looking to expand their new business focused sales team with a Business Development Manager.
Job Description:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for running a full sales process from outbound prospecting, and in person appointments while working closely with territory managers and solution engineers to win new business.
- The Business Development Manager will be prospecting in the field daily, doing drop-ins to local businesses and attending networking events and industry gatherings.
- The Business Development Manager will create proposals and quotes, negotiate pricing and terms and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- 1-5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on hunting and prospecting within a B2B service-based sales industry.
- Previous experience in MSP, IT Services or similar Technology Sales preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Sales and Business Management.
