Location: This is a field-based work environment where candidates will work out of a home office and be willing to travel to meet clients and partners 30-50% of the time on a National scale.

Job Description:
- The National Sales Manager will be tasked with overseeing and managing the relationships with the channel partners, with a specific focus on Manufacturers Representatives for the Automotive Aftermarket space.
- The National Sales Manager will support the channel and partner efforts to drive sales by creating training and promotional programs, aiding in sales meetings and working through contract negotiation.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills with exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of outside B2B sales experience in the manufacturing space, with a preference candidates who have experience within the Automotive Aftermarket space.
- Candidates must have experience managing Manufacturers Representatives and programs within the channel to drive sales and revenue through the partners.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic, team-oriented approach, ability to multi-task and handle several projects at once
