Our client was a pioneer in the Talent Management SaaS space and have continued to develop and modernize their platform.  They work with SMB through Enterprise accounts on a global scale with a solution that helps companies with application tracking, onboarding, as well as performance and goal management. They have a strong and diverse team that has resulted in significant year over year growth, landing them on the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list for the last 8 years.  Due to their growth, they are adding net new headcount to their team of remote Sales Executives. 
 

Job Description

• The Sr. Account Executive will be a full quota carrying representative working on deals from demo through close in an remote, inside sales environment.
• The Sr. Account Executive will be following up on leads from the sales development team as well as prospecting on their own.
• The Sr. Account Executive must be able to run a strong sales process, articulate value-prop, track and maintain information in the CRM and achieve quarterly quota targets. 

 

 Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Quota Carrying Experience within a SaaS organization
• Previous experience calling into HR 
• Ability to articulate a technical solution and work collaboratively and cross functionally within an inside sales organization

 

Location: This is a remote opportunity and candidates can live anywhere within the United States.
