Our client is has been around for 70 years and is a global provider of printing technology. They are a dynamic, family owned company with a rich history of innovation and strong product portfolio.  They are looking for a National Service Manager to lead a team of service technicians throughout the United States.


Job Description

• The National Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a remote, field based team of service technicians based throughout the United States, as well as an administrative support team who assist with scheduling. 
• The National Service Manager must be familiar working with industrial environments and clients and must be comfortable utilizing an ERP system to track and manage customer and financial information.
• The National Service Manager will be a leader in the company and will report directly to the President.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of field service technicians within the manufacturing space. 
• Previous experience creating and running reporting, dashboards and analytics within an ERP system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization and clients.

Location:  Candidates will be expected to report to an office in the Greater Brockton, MA area with some flexibility to work remotely 1-2x/week.
