Our client is on a search for a Business Development Executive focused on selling Financial Business Process Outsourcing Services to Mid Size Companies. They are one of the largest accounting and consulting firms and have been in business for over 40 years. After several acquisitions, they have revamped their Commercial Go-To-Market strategy, to focus on offering a complete suite of services and solutions to their clients. They have an established presence and are looking to expand on their Business Development efforts throughout North America.

Location: This is a hybrid work environment where ideal candidates will be located in the Greater Boston Area. Candidates must willing to travel up to 50% within the New England region as needed to meet with key clients.

Total Comp: $250,000 (uncapped, with accelerators)

Job Description
- The Business Development Executive must be comfortable with prospecting, qualifying inbound leads and cold leads and driving additional outbound efforts through networking, referrals, and industry events and running the full sales process.
- The Business Development Executive will be focused on driving strategy, developing relationships and winning new business within mid-sized accounts in the $25m-$100m range and tasked with achieving a $2.5m quota.
- The Business Development Executive will need to leverage and partner with various practice leaders and subject matter experts to build a win strategy for each account.
Requirements:
- 7-12+ years of demonstrated success in business development within a service-based industry, with a strong preference for candidates who understand the Financial Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model
- Must be comfortable spending the majority of time focused on business development strategy, account penetration, and building strategic initiatives with Founders/Owners, Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officers.
- Strong presentation skills, clear communication and relationship builder
- Experience working within Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Salesloft and other modern prospecting tools.
