They are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic sales team.

Job Description:

• The Sales Support Specialist Sales will directly support the success of the sales team and focus on simplifying, streamlining, and/or completing Inside Sales activities that take away from the Sales Team’s ability to engage with customers or prospects. 
• The Sales Support Specialist will actively pursue potential leads through independent prospecting. He/she will also maintain regular contact by responding/answering sales emails and calls and pushing for quick and accurate resolutions.
• The Sales Support Specialist will build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by being available and working with a sense of urgency.

• 2+ years of experience in supporting a sales team and booking meetings for account executives and national sales reps.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills; natural curiosity; always learning.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
• Proficient at using CRM systems

Location: This is an in-office sales position where ideal candidates would be located in CT (Close proximity New Haven, CT) to  with the ability to travel up to 50% to key accounts throughout the region.

Total Comp: $70,000 - $80,000
